Patanjali begins his Yoga Sutras with „atha yogãnuśãsanam“ which means „Now begins the exposition of yoga“.

This course, aptly titled yogãnuśãsanam, is a ’seed- course‘.

Conducted from December 1 to 10, 2014, it introduces the beginner to the fundamentals of lyengar Yoga, refines the sensitivity and perceptivity of the intermediate student, and firmly establishes Guruji’s teachings in the senior.

Yoga is one. lt is what Patanjali has imparted.
