Reflection is the first-ever Iyengar Yoga Convention dedicated to therapeutics. On these DVDs, Geeta S. Iyengar presents the theories and principles of therapeutics in each category of asanas– supine, prone, seated, standing, and backbending – as well as Pranayama. One disc is devoted to Geeta’s opening night lecture and the pujas which began and closed the Convention. Three other discs cover hands-on sessions taught by Geeta’s sister, Sunita Parthasarathy and her niece Abhijata Sridhar.
